SecureCam Troubleshooting Guide
ISSUE: SecureCam is not connecting to Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure your device is connected to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network. The SecureCam is not compatible with 5ghz Wi-Fi networks.
- Make sure your device's volume is turned up. The SecureCam uses sound from your device to connect to the Wi-Fi network. When you press the "Send Sound Wave" button, you should hear a series of high-frequency sounds from your device while the camera is connecting.
- Make sure your SecureCam is powered on and the LED on the front of the camera is flashing. If the LED is not flashing, use a paperclip to press the "Reset" button on the back of the camera for 2-3 seconds. After pressing the reset button, you should hear a voice prompt from the camera before attempting to connect.
